Urban Legacy Lands Initiative is focused in and around Indianapolis’ Historic Indiana Avenue.

ULLI (oo·lee) is a Cultural Heritage Development Corporation (CHDC) that centers Black cultural heritage in community revitalization, real estate development, and placemaking.

Through collaborative community engagement, scholarly investigation, and heritage-based planning, design, and capacity building, foster alliances and actions for a better tomorrow founded upon the strength and stamina of historic Black communities.
